Our Story
A journey through time, from the ancient Silk Road to the modern expression of Chinese terroir.
Heritage
The First Vineyard
Our story begins in the 2nd Century BC. The Tianshan North Foothills is not just a wine region; it is the birthplace of the earliest recorded vineyard in the Orient.
Archaeological discoveries, including the "95A7" vineyard site in the ancient city of Niya, reveal a thriving wine culture that flourished along the Silk Road over two thousand years ago.
"The only written record of the origin of wine civilization in China and the Orient."
Philosophy
The Meaning of "Xianghai"
"Xianghai" (香海) evokes the imagery of a "Fragrant Sea" — an endless expanse of aromatic vines stretching beneath the vast sky.
We adhere to the ecological wisdom of "Natural Growth, Self-Healing." We respect the land, follow the rhythm of the seasons, and let time shape the character of our wines. It is a philosophy rooted in Oriental aesthetics, seeking harmony between man and nature.
